Warden Hill Junior School

Autumn Term 2

Each half term the class teachers and other members of school staff are asked to chose a pupil from their class/group who has stood out from the others in a positive way.  This may be through good effort, outstanding behaviour, great manners, kindness to others etc.  Once selected, the children's names are called out during celebration assembly, a letter is sent home to share the good news and a certificate is put into the Golden Book for everyone to see.  

Year 3

For the dedication shown to improve spelling.

For always persevering and trying their best during maths.

For always being ready to learn, helpful and considerate.

For always working hard and listening carefully at all times.  A model pupil, polite and helpful.




Year 5

Always trying his best and for being  a great role model, especially when sharing his ideas with the class in maths lessons.  A mature attitude at all times.

For always working hard and being a role model for the other children.

Always polite and well behaved.  Always follows next steps and improved reading record.  Well done.


Year 4

Always listening carefully and following instructions.  Making a great effort to improve their English skills. A super role model. Well done.

For always doing what you are told, for behaving beautifully and being a really helpful member of the class.

A wonderful role model with a positive attitude to learning.

For being a super role model in the class and for working to the best of their ability consistently.


Year 6

For being hard working and diligent.  For her positive attitude and super behavior.  For being an all-round great role model.  Well done.

For being superb and always trying her hardest in class.

A kind, polite, helpful member of class. Approaching everything with great enthusiasm.  Alanna is a regular reader and has an impressive reading record.
