Merit Point Awards
As the children progress through their school year, their work and behaviour is acknowledged by merit marks. The merit marks are given out by staff members, are then collected and recorded and collated by Mr Hayden. The House with the most merit points is announced during our regular House Assembly. Merit Cards are completed in order, there are six merit cards in total, with 30 points each to be completed before gaining the next card. Our final Platinum Card has 60 Marks to complete. The children receive a certificate for each completed card, which is presented during to them by their House Captains during assembly (during Covid-19 restrictions this is celebrated virtually).
