Care Club
Warden Hill Care Club opened in March 2011, providing a high quality Breakfast and After School Care Club service. The provision, which only has 34 spaces, runs Monday to Friday, term time only.
Breakfast Club
Breakfast Care Club runs from 8.00 am until 8.45 am, please be aware that children must not be dropped before this time as they are not to be left unsupervised. A breakfast is served to the children until 8.30 am. This can be selected from a choice of cereals, toast and a drink. After eating breakfast children have the chance to play with any of the activities, toys or games that are set out for them. The children are then readied for school. Children go into class at 8:45 am, ready for the start of their school day.
The cost for a morning session is currently £3.00. Payment in advance is required due to this facility being self funded, payable to Warden Hill Junior School, through SCOPay, the school's online payment.
A range of supervised, fun filled activities are on offer to the children, in a safe secure environment. Breakfast and tea time snacks are also available.
After School Club
After School Care Club runs from 3.30 pm until 5.30 pm. The children make their own way into the Care Club at the end of their school day. Children are provided with an after school snack & a drink before being given the opportunity to take part in various activities such as; arts and craft, sticking, painting, plus a variety of dressing up items and other toys to play with.
The cost per session is as follows:
- £4.50 for 3:30pm to 4:30pm
- £9.00 for 3:30pm to 5:30pm
The club shuts at 5:30pm
Payment in advance is required due to this facility being self funded, payable to Warden Hill Junior School.
